- Requires kll compiler update
- Includes descriptor update to handle new consumer control codes

- Changing header file ifndef define to pragma once's
- Removed duplicate output_com.h's

(Requires a kll update to work correctly)

- Adds Consumer and System controls

- Code should be working, but much is untested
- All of the old modules will need to update and use the new DefaultMap keymap
- There might still be some naming conflicts with some Scan Modules
